Prototypes

Consistent with our philosophy and practice of concurrent engineering is . . . prototyping, where DeCardy’s team of die cast and manufacturing engineers works hand-in-glove with part designers to achieve a total part solution. With our extensive experience in zinc die casting and flexible production processes, we are capable of working with you on a variety of prototyping challenges Including:

• Plaster casting;
• Sand or graphite permanent-molds;
• Machining from a piece of solid zinc alloy bar stock; and,
• 3D Printing for initial design conceptualization.

Whatever the need, DeCardy has the prototyping capabilities, expertise and resources to deliver the most appropriate prototype in the available time frame.
